Networking

The right people – in the right place – at the right time

At The Biopharmaceutical Conference in Europe, we strive to make informal meetings become the basis of more formal business relationships. The program is designed to provide informative conference sessions, time for private meetings, as well as offering a program of optional networking excursions which allow discussions to take place in a more relaxed atmosphere.

In addition to the optional social networking activities, we also offer you the opportunity to plan your time at the event. We do this in a number of ways:

Preview Attendee List

To facilitate meetings, three weeks prior to the conference dates all fully paid attendees will be emailed a current attendee list (giving each participant’s contact details, where authorised to do so).

When you register we will ask which of your contact details you authorise publication of, within this list.

Delegate Directory

A printed Delegate Directory, with contact information, is provided in your information pack which you will collect on arrival at the event. An on-line version will be available approximately three weeks prior to the conference and this will include photographs, biographies and company profiles of each attendee. Contact details (where permission has been given to share these with other delegates), will be sent under separate cover.

Delegate Meetings

The conference does not operate a formal meetings booking service, either prior to, or during the event. However the venue has been specifically  chosen for its ability to offer secluded and private spaces for individuals to hold ad-hoc meetings.  A meeting point sign will be in the conference reception to provide an initial point of contact.

The information provided prior to the conference will help you plan your event for maximum effect. It will allow you to make contact both before and during the conference. In addition, once on site we offer a photograph board so you can recognise those individuals with whom you are meeting, we also have a message board on which to post messages and make contact with other delegates.

Receptions and dinners included in the registration fee.

The following activities are included within your registration fee. If you are bringing a partner to the event they are also invited to attend but please let us know in advance so we can be sure we can accommodate them.

PLEASE NOTE THAT CHILDREN are NOT invited to these evening networking events.

Nestled at the heart of a sheltered bay on the outskirts of the Principality, The Monte Carlo Beach Club came to fame in the 1930’s when it was considered to be the most famous pool complex on the Cote d’Azur. With an old fashioned resort feel this is the perfect location to relax and enjoy the fine cuisine and flavours of the Mediterranean.

Drinks will be served at the Sea Lounge on the water’s edge one of THE places to be seen in Monte Carlo, before moving on to Le Deck for dinner whilst enjoying the sunset over the Mediterranean.

Deustche Bank invite all the participants and their spouses/accompanying partners to join them for dinner.
