How to register

This conference is “by invitation”. If you haven’t received an official invitation please click here to request an invitation.

How To Register

Click on the “Register to attend” button. You will then be asked to “Sign In” to the system to identify yourself as an invitee before completing the online registration form.

Problems Signing In?

If you have not received a formal invitation, either in the post or via email, addressed to your name and company, you will not be on our list to sign into the online system. You will need to complete and submit the request an invitation form and the organisers will contact you as soon as posisble.

After completing your registration form, you will be authorised to make your hotel booking and reserve your optional networking activities. You will not be able to make these bookings until after you have formally registered.

Registration Fee

The attendance fee will be €2950.00 (Euros) per person, including French VAT at 19.6% (€483.44). Payment may be made by credit card online, or bank transfer also in Euro’s. (Please note: for bank transfer payments, your registration will not be confirmed until you have been notified by the organisers that transferred funds are received.)

The registration fee covers the conference documentation and all scheduled meals as shown in the conference program.

The fee does not cover:

  • Participants’ travel, hotel accommodation, or other personal expenses
  • The Wednesday, Thursday or Friday optional networking activities. (For full details see Networking activities page).

Credit Card Payment

Payment may be made online by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Delta).

Accompanying Persons

Should you wish to bring your spouse/partner to Monte Carlo with you, they are invited to attend the Welcome Cocktails & Buffet (Wednesday 16 June 2010) and also the Conference Dinner (Thursday 17 June 2010).

PLEASE NOTE THAT CHILDREN are NOT invited to these evening networking events.

Cancellation Penalty Deadline

We are only able to offer refunds of registration fees, less an administration charge of €600 (inc VAT), for cancellations received in writing before 5.00pm (GMT) Wednesday 19 May 2010. Cancellations received after this date and time are liable for full payment of the fee.
